Detailed Engineering Design for the Construction of the New East Tanjung Priok Port Access / New Priok Eastern Access (NPEA) Section II
This project is part of the long-term development plan for Kalibaru Port (New Priok), which includes the construction of seven container terminals. The development program also covers two product terminals, each with a storage capacity of 500,000 m³. To support these facilities, new road infrastructure will be developed to provide land transportation access to and from Kalibaru Port (New Priok). Since the North Kalibaru Terminal is located offshore, a portion of the planned access road will also be constructed over the sea. The New Priok Southern Access (NPSA) has already been completed and is currently in operation to support the operation of Container Terminal 1 (CT-1). The New Priok Eastern Access (NPEA) Section II is intended to further enhance connectivity and improve the overall accessibility of the port.
Design Review and Geotechnical Engineering Services for Betung–Jambi Toll Road Section 1B
This project involved geotechnical design review and technical evaluation of subgrade improvement for embankment construction on the Betung–Jambi Toll Road Section 1B. The scope of work included subsurface investigation review, geotechnical parameter evaluation, slope stability and settlement analyses, and the assessment of embankment performance under static and seismic loading conditions. Based on the engineering analyses, optimized ground improvement solutions were developed, including replacement methods and geotextile reinforcement, to ensure compliance with design criteria, construction safety, and long-term infrastructure performance.
Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Consultancy Services for the Sangaji Mining Infrastructure Development Project – PT Sumberdaya Arindo
This consultancy assignment aims to develop an accurate, practical, and cost-effective engineering design to support the successful implementation of the Sangaji Mining Infrastructure Development Project. The scope of work includes the preparation of the Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Basic Engineering, and Basic Design (BD), comprising technical data, engineering analyses, design drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents in accordance with applicable engineering standards and supporting design requirements. The study is conducted to ensure that all proposed roads and bridges comply with the required design criteria while achieving optimum cost efficiency, constructability, and long-term operational performance. Particular emphasis is placed on geotechnical engineering aspects to ensure the safety, stability, and durability of the infrastructure throughout both the construction and operational phases. The geotechnical engineering scope includes subsurface investigation, geotechnical interpretation and analysis, foundation recommendations, slope stability assessment, earthwork evaluation, ground improvement recommendations where required, and other geotechnical studies necessary to support the design of mining infrastructure. These assessments provide the technical basis for developing reliable, safe, and economically optimized engineering solutions for the project.
Emergency Disaster Response for Flood and Landslide Mitigation on the Padang Panjang – Sicincin Road Corridor
The project involves the preparation of engineering concepts and detailed technical designs for slope stabilization and road rehabilitation along the disaster-affected corridor in Lembah Anai. The scope of work is intended to mitigate landslide risks, stabilize the affected slopes and roadway, and restore the safe operation of the Padang–Bukittinggi transportation corridor. The engineering solutions are designed to enhance the resilience, safety, and long-term performance of the road infrastructure against future geotechnical hazards.
Supervision Services for the Construction of the Purwakarta Wastec International Landfill Plant
As part of its hazardous and toxic waste (B3) management infrastructure development program, PT Wastec International is constructing a Landfill Plant located in Cicadas Village, Babakan Cikao District, Purwakarta Regency, West Java, Indonesia. This project aims to establish a dedicated facility for the safe, compliant, and environmentally sustainable disposal and treatment of hazardous (B3) waste. Our scope of work includes providing construction supervision services to ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the approved design, applicable regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Engineering Design for Emergency Disaster Response in Aceh Province
This project involves site investigation, geotechnical assessment, and the preparation of engineering designs to address ground conditions and slope stability in disaster-affected areas across Aceh Province. The objective is to provide technically sound and practical solutions that enhance the safety, resilience, and operational functionality of emergency infrastructure during and after disaster response activities.
Engineering Design Services for the Construction of Panorama 1 Flyover (Sitinjau Lauik 1)
The Panorama 1 Flyover (Sitinjau Lauik 1) Engineering Design Project involves the development of a road alignment across extremely challenging topography and existing ground conditions dominated by colluvial soils. These site characteristics present significant geotechnical challenges, requiring engineering solutions that prioritize constructability, cost efficiency, implementation schedule, and, above all, structural quality and long-term performance. The proposed geotechnical design is developed to ensure a safe, reliable, and sustainable infrastructure that meets applicable engineering standards while addressing the complex terrain conditions.
